Presenting the fund award certificate to the husband of the late Ruth Eshun, on behalf of GRNMA, Mr. Felix Nyante, Registrar of the Nursing and Midwifery Council said the educational fund will go a long way to advance the education, training and life skills of the three children the deceased Nurse left behind.
Mr. Nyante prayed for God’s guidance and protection for the husband and children. He further called on other organizations and philanthropist to contribute to the education fund.
President of the GRNMA, Mrs.Perpetual Ofori-Ampofo said the plan to have the education fund was to ensure that the education of the children was not interrupted following their mother’s demise.
It is our hope that the fund will also be extended to dependents of nurses who died in line of their duty or ill health
